100% agree with this, Alex.

I’ve seen low-agency people use AI to improve the efficiency of their existing work by a small percentage. But the real advantage goes to high-agency people who use it to create step-change impact - by deciding if work should be done at all, what should be done, by whom, and when, not just how it gets done.
